Peter Pan House Hotel Sofia

During my stay at Peter Pan House, I was kinda surprised by the room upgrade I received. The owner informed me that one of the beds in my booked triple room was broken, but they kindly gave me two separate rooms instead. This made our stay more comfortable and convenient. The location of the guest house was also great, with easy access to the metro station and Sofia Airport. I appreciated the complimentary water and croissants provided. the airport transfer arranged by the owner was efficient and reasonably priced at 15 EUR. Peter Pan House is a good choice for a short stay of 1-2 nights.

The location of Peter Pan House was perfect, right in the heart of the city. The room wasnice and neat, with complimentary water, coffee, and croissants. The studio had enough space for my family of four, and we enjoyed the terrace. The on-site restaurant, Slice, offered tasty food at good prices, and as guests, we received a 10% discount. The owners were friendly to WhatsApp messages. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this place.

Their responsiveness on WhatsApp is outstanding, making check-in a breeze. Cozy and Well-Equipped Rooms: The spacious rooms are both comfortable and clean, with all the basic amenities you need. The inclusion of a kettle, tea, and coffee adds a homely touch.

The hotel's external areas could do with a little sprucing up. The path leading to the property seems tired and could benefit from a refresh.

The rooms are nice and cosy, providing a comfortable stay. The host is helpful and provides complimentary water, croissants, coffee, and tea. the quirky design of the house adds a unique touch to the experience.

The shower in the bathroom is not properly enclosed, causing water to flood the area.

The basement rooms had a smell of humidity and inadequate airflow, requiring urgent attention to the air-con filters.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the attention to detail was impeccable. The staff thought of every little thing to make my stay comfortable, from the cozy rooms with private bathrooms to the basic amenities provided. Secondly, the location was ideal. Tucked away in a quiet back alley, it offered a peaceful retreat while still being just a short walk from the bustling city center. Lastly, the value for money was excellent. The prices were reasonable and included a delicious breakfast.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was more than satisfactory!

The location of the hotel was convenient, as it was close to points of interest. The room was alsonice and neat. the check-in process was easy and the host allowed me to check in early, a plus.

The main issue I had was with the communication. I received a message at 11:30pm regarding payment for the night, which I felt was too late.
